Team Player

We work largely in teams on a day-to-day basis, so we love good communicators and collaborators.

“180DC has opened countless doors for me that I never would have imagined. When I joined as a freshman, I was still figuring out what I wanted to do professionally, but 180DC gave me the opportunity to explore different career paths, push myself outside my comfort zone, and learn from an incredible community of peers and alumni. Through client work, I developed business acumen and gained confidence in myself professionally, while strengthening the communication and problem-solving skills that I've carried with me throughout every internship and leadership experience since. While my path ultimately led me to investment banking, 180DC played a significant role in helping me discover that interest and giving me the foundations to pursue it. Beyond the professional growth, I've met some of my closest friends and teammates through this organization, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunities and community it has provided.”

- Fiona DeFrance, Class of 2027, Summer 2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets

“Joining 180DC as a Freshman, gave me an incredible community that I know I can always rely on. Over these past 2 years, I’ve come to deeply appreciate both the mentors I’ve found and the true friendships formed in this club. Working with our members on projects has provided me a unique platform for social impact work and inspired me to become a better, more critical thinker. From professional guidance to community bonds, 180DC has everything I could ask for and I’m very grateful to be a part of it.”

- Emma Teng, Class of 2028, Summer 2026 Sophomore Summer Business Analyst‍ at McKinsey & Co.

“180DC gives you real responsibility from day one. The depth and breadth of experiences across such different contexts pushes you to grow fast, with room to lead along the way. From joining my first project as a consultant to now overseeing all of our engagements as Director of Consulting, what has made it continuously rewarding is the opportunity to offer a fresh, zoomed-out perspective to organizations with truly impactful missions.”

- Daniel Lemme Trigueiro, Class of 2027, Summer 2026 Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Co.
